Sapphires, jewels of the corundum family, embody elegance and rarity. However, sapphires can exist in a range of colors, from yellow, to pink, to green and purple .

Symbolizing royalty and wisdom , it has adorned the most prestigious crowns and finery for centuries. One of the most famous is Lady Diana's engagement ring, a sumptuous blue sapphire from Ceylon, now worn by Kate Middleton.

This gemstone is prized for its exceptional hardness , reaching 9 on the Mohs scale, making it durable and resistant, ideal for timeless jewelry. Subtle inclusions, such as rutile needles forming "stars", enhance its uniqueness and charm.
